How do I know if my order has been shipped?
To check whether your order has been shipped, you can go to Visit "My Orders" , and check the order status. In the mean time, we will send shipping information to you by email as well.
 
Why the order status shows "Unpaid" after payment?
To ensure payment, there will be a payment verification process which takes no longer than 24 hours. Please wait patiently and check status of your order later. Successful verification will help update the order status to "Awaiting Shipment".
 
 
My order had been send by express. Why is there no tracking information after shipment?
After we sends out the order, it usually takes 11 days at most for the tracking information to be updated.
If tracking information on the order page is still not updated 12 days after shipment, you may contact us for more information.
